Do the Network Auto Glass Shops warranty their work?

YES. When auto glass shops join our program they have to agree to the warranty offered here and stand behind their work.

How long does the warranty last?

Good Question! The warranty is good for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. It is not transferable.

Does the warranty cost anything?

Another Good Question! The warranty is included in the cost of the repairs.

I'm Glad You Asked! We guarantee your new auto glass installation to be free of leaks and defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. You can rest assured your car or truck is in the hands of professionals who are committed to doing the job right, the first time. If you are not satisfied with the repair or replacement for any reason, contact the auto glass facility that performed the work

Is there anything that the warranty does not cover?

Once again, Another Good Question! Auto Glass Warranty does not cover:

1. Leakage or damage caused by pre-existing damage to the window frame or pre-existing rust on the window frame.
2. Damage caused to your windshield by impact with foreign objects (rocks etc), vandalism, theft, accident or reckless conduct resulting in a broken windshield.
3. Any movable part as defined by your insurance company. Where insurance does not apply a 30 day warranty will be the only warranty on movable parts installed by our installers, does not cover regulators.
